Partial Shipments (Missing Items)

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship from different warehouses.

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages.

  • If something’s missing, it’s likely still on the way. The remaining items should arrive shortly.

Damaged or Defective Items

We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Please email support@glamora.shop with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement for the same item as soon as possible.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact support@glamora.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Orders already processed or shipped may not be editable.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, reshipment fees may apply.
